"All I can strive to be is the absolute best possible version of myself."
I am a Realtor who comes from a customer service background, so my style is a little different and frankly welcomed by my clients. You are able to reach me on the phone, by email, text message, Facebook or any other means that is convenient for you. Almost always I'm able to reply within 30 minutes if not immediately. This accessibility is just one of many things that separate me from other agents out there.
I worked as a Service Consultant in the automotive field for the last 12 years and while in that industry I received many awards from several manufactures for my outstanding customer service. Not only was I able to hone my customer service skills in an industry that deals with a wide variety of clientele, but I also learned many ways to solve problems. My problem solving skills combined with excellent customer service ensure that I'm able to keep everything together in a real estate transaction.
I spend at least 30 minutes per day reading real estate news and keeping up to date on new laws/regulations, coming changes, tactics and other items that may effect my clients. While I'm required by the state to take continuing education, I have more than tripled my required hours for continuing education because knowing more allows me to perform at a higher level for my clients.
One of my hobbies is photography. This turns out to be a great asset when listing your home for sale. I've spent some decent money on good equipment to best photograph a home. I also spend time learning from professional photographers better ways to make my pictures stand out above the competition. This is vitally important to sellers in a day where almost 90% of home buyers start their search online before ever even contacting a Realtor.
At home I spend time with my lovely wife Cynthia, our young daughter Christine and our two dogs, Rowdy & Tasha. Rowdy is a lab/mastiff mix and Tasha is a German shepherd/sharpei mix. We enjoy taking our dogs to the park and for car rides. Another past time I enjoy is traveling. I like to travel by car and I've seen almost all of this great country while out on the interstates and two lane highways.
Integrity Driving Results is more than a just a slogan for me. This is the way I live my life. I always operate with a high level of integrity. This has been to my detriment from time to time, but I've realized being able to look back on life with no regrets is better than sacrificing my integrity for short term gain. So when you work with me you'll see my integrity coming through front and center, I'm honest to a fault and make no apologies.
I'm fairly new to Real Estate acquiring my license in April of 08 and starting full time in November of 08. I was quite productive in my first full year of selling 14 homes, 10 listed and 4 helping buyers. My low average days on the market put me in top 2.5% of all agents in Kansas City and show my marketing approach works quite well. Also in a survey conducted of all my past clients each one was completely satisfied with me as their Realtor. Many have also referred friends and family which is the greatest compliment I can receive.
I look forward to continuing my success in the Real Estate industry, gaining more raving fans and life long clients. If you have any questions relating to real estate at all, I would certainly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you. I'm not the pushy type and would enjoy being your resource for Kansas City Real Estate.
I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because I’m experienced, because I’m professional . . .and because I care.
